Pierre Martignoli

Pierre leads our Asset Finance business.

He has over 17 years experience in the areas of project finance, securitisation, special situations, asset finance, asset management and co-investments with a strong focus on the energy and environmental sectors.

Pierre worked for Merrill Lynch, CSFB and recently was a partner at a London based special situations fund. While at Merrill Lynch, he was a managing director and led the EMEA Securitisation, Emerging Markets & Alternative Asset Structuring Group. At CSFB, he was a member of the Global Energy and Project Finance Group.

He has successfully executed transactions across Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Pierre holds a Master in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
