Brief biographies of the partners:

Jonathan Navon has over 15 years experience in the US and European financial markets. His main area of expertise is providing corporate borrowers and project finance transactions with financial and liability management advice. This includes financial analysis, capital structure advisory, market execution including senior, subordinated and leverage finance debt, and derivatives marketing. Jonathan previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. He received a Master of Business Administration 1994, NYU Stern School of Business.

Thomas Rassmuson has over 15 years of financial experience in the investment business. He was a partner in setting up NAC Capital, a $3 billion awarding winning credit hedge fund, with the focus on strategy and business development. Previously, Thomas worked at Merrill Lynch responsible for developing the Nordic fixed income franchise, and at AGA Finance, where he managed a $1 billion long / short trading portfolio and a strategic portfolio with a strong outperformance over a 5 year period. Thomas was a partner at MVI, a Venture capital firm. He received a degree of Master business administration and economics at Uppsala University, Sweden.

Simon Glossop has 18 years financial experience in sales and trading, new product development, investment and management globally. He has held senior high profile roles in both global institutions and start-ups. Simon is proven as a commercial and strategic manager having a track record of building two businesses from scratch. Simon was involved in the start and development of the credit derivatives market especially with the complex documentation and liquidity issues that existed initially. Simon previously worked at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Canada, EBRD and recently at Straumur. Whilst at EBRD he worked on numerous carbon projects for the bank. He was a Non-Executive Director for the internet/software start-up Credit Market Analysis Ltd for 6 years ( www.cmavision.com) and managed it up to the point of sale. Simon has a bachelor honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of London.
